Rajan our day guide and driver picked us up from our hotel sharp at 9:30 a.m.
The tour started with him giving an overview about Malaysia and its culture and values.
Our first stop was Batu caves and on our way we also stopped at strawberry farm and batik centre.
Genting Highland was better than our expectation but the only thing that was spoiler was the skyway que.

The trip was well worth the money - the driver was very knowledgable and friendly. I was not informed about not being able to be picked up from my hotel until after I paid and then I was told on the way back from the final stop that I could not be dropped back to my pickup location - so I was unable to see any of the sights around the Twin Towers like I had planned after I had to travel 45min to the pick up point.

I had a great time with Maran as my tour guide. On our first stop we went to a Hindu temple in a community west of KL. We then went to the hilltop in Kuala Selangor where we saw lots of silver leaf monkeys. Maran was very helpful and made sure to tell us which monkeys to avoid! We then went out for dinner at a local restaurant along the river where we had fried rice, prawns, crab, fish and veggies. The meal was good and very filling. We then went out the see the fireflies on the boat. It ended up being a great night to see them out - it looked like a big Christmas tree. I really enjoyed my tour with Maran who kept us entertained all along the way.

Disheartened by the trip. Was picked up from the hotel late. The visit to the Batu Caves was okay, not muvh information on the historical/curreng background. The next stop at the crafts shop was interesting, but didn't exhibit the true nature and beauty of the skills involved in the creation of the scarves. Then final stop the cable cars, the ride itself was beautiful and great for views. However the driver wasn't particularly helpful in advising where to go for purchase of tickets and even nominated a fellow group member to purchase them on behalf of the group...very unprofessional. The tour timings were often being negotiated to the preference of the driver. Overall this trip qas dissatisfactory, not enough information ans felt rather rushed. Would only advise mall lovers to visit, the rest could be done in your own time without a driver.

Very dissapointing trip. We were expecting a guide but there was none. Our driver did not provide any information regarding the places we visited. He asked one of our group members to buy the cable ride tickets. timings regarding our return kept being changed by the driver. First he said we would go back at 5.30pm then he told us to be back by 3pm. it was only when we questioned him that he kept with the orginal booking.
We would not recommend this trip to anyone thinking about it unless you like shopping malls.

The driver is punctual, picked us up 5 minutes to 9 am. That van is clean and new. I enjoyed the trip, however in Batu Caves where I wanted to go we spent only 1 hour. It was nice to see Melaka as a first timer but we was hoping it would be a guided tour rather than a free and easy. We had to figure out the recommended cafes and restuarants by ourselves.
We visited the Portugese Sq, Stadthuys and Jonker.
We didnt see st pauls hill.
Harry is friendly and polite overall and he was patient to wait for us to take our time to do our walks. Though, his driving skills could be improved a little more, sometimes driving between lanes almost causing accident.
We felt visiting cameron highlands would have been a better choice because of the hot weather.

We had a really great day. Our driver picked us up early in the morning. It was quite a long drive to get from the city to the highlands, we had a stop in the middle to use the restroom and get something to eat if we wanted to. In the beginning our driver drove a little fast but when asked him to slow down a bit it was no problem and he listed to us. We stopped by a waterfall where we got all the time that we wanted. We drove further and stopped by a small house, which belonged to a local man, Sim. He showed us his hut and hunting skills, we got to try hunting as well on a teddybear. An extraordinary experience. On the way up to the tea fields our driver gave us a lot of information and facts about his country, which we really enjoyed. The tea fields were really beautiful and the tea factory was very interesting. Again, we got as much time as we wanted. Afterwards we drove the the butterfly garden, we decided not to visit the strawberry and cactus farm which was not a problem.
The planning of the entire day was great and our driver was really nice, he was very patient and informative.

What a great way to spend during a long layover! I had a choice of choosing a 2 or 9 hout layover and since i have never been to KL decided to do a tour during the 9 hours. We had a wonderful full-day tour from Kuala Lumpur to the Cameron Highlands. Being a private tour we could personalise it to our liking and see the highlights that intereated us. The tea plantation was a stunning sight followed by the strawberries and butterfly farm. We were encouraged to try the local fruits including fresh Duriun for the first time. We were shown by locals their roadside stalls and had a demonstration of blow pipes. Lunch was amazing and we were exhausted by the end of the day. Rajan was a very knowledgable guide and answered our questions all day about everything local. Highly reccommend the tour and Rajan, Thank you.

I booked this tour for myself, my mother and my aunty visiting from New Zealand. We highly recommend this tour. Our day started with a prompt pick up at our accommodation, where we met Edwin. Edwin drove us from KL to Penang. He is very kind, friendly and is very knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable, ensuring we had breaks for the bathroom and food. It was a very pleasant journey to Penang.
On arrival to Penang, we collected George, who was our tour guide. George made us feel at home. He was very accommodating and his sense of humour had us laughing all day,. He taught us so much about Penang, his knowledge is outstanding and brilliant. Both Edwin and George gave uz a brilliant tour of Penang. We went to Penang Hill where we had laksa penang, nasi goreng and fried rice for lunch. Batik shop and the coffee shop were cool and we were able to buy some batik products and coffee to take back to nz as a memory. George and Edwin took us to the beach where we were able to wade in the sea.
The entire trip was fantastic and the highlight of our visit to KL. We feel blessed to have had Edwin and George, and cannot thank them enough for their time, patience, humour and knowledge. A great day had and will not hesitate to recommend this experience. Thank you Edwin amd George, may good things keep coming to you.

This trip was excellent! Hal (aka the monkey whisperer) was awesome. He had everything organised, right down to turning on the LEDs before we got on the boat! Just a shame the coloured fireflies werent out tonight...He knew all the locals and hooked us up with some premium experiences. In all seriousness, it was one of the best experiences we had all trip!

The company reorganised at no notice so we shortened the trilp to 2 1/2 hours.

So we were a group of 3 girls travelling to Malaysia on a 9 day trip(KL and Langkawi). We didn't plan our activities in advance as we wanted to go with the flow. We were in KL for 3 days, and our first 2 days went out in exploring the city . Since we wanted to see something different from the city life and its buildings, we were suggested to visit cameron highlands. On searching for various options for a 1 day visit to Cameron highlands , we came across this reasonable tour through visit a city app. And this turned out to be an amazing day for us. Right from visiting a waterfalls, Aborgine villages, Kings Palace, Strawberry farm, Beehive farm, Butterfly park and a Tea plantation, we covered them all in just 12 hrs. A special mention and a thanks to our tour guide Mr Narim for educating us about the history of Malaysia and also would recommend this to anyone who is on a short visit to KL.

We booked and have just been on the fireflies tour and it was excellent.

Our tour was the perfecf personal intro to Kuala Lumpur. You can pay more for the Hop on Hop Off, but this was in an airconditioned vehicle with just me amd another solo traveler. We hit all the high points without time pressure or sales pressure. English was very good and eazy to understand. I would book again.
